The Bright Light
A baby that had been screaming since takeoff was strangely and finally quiet. That was the first thing you notice as you awake from your nap. It is a red eye flight to your vacation destination so that isn’t too odd. What IS very strange is the feeling on the side of your face leaning against the window. You know you haven’t been asleep that long and the window seems to almost pulse against your face. It should still be dark outside. You remove the eye mask you are wearing and the ear plugs to mute the sound around you and see the window no longer has a view of anything but a blinding white light!

The Pledge
“The mirror showed a reflection that wasn't my own…”. I’ll start there. ALL I ever wanted was to become a “Night Bird” a member of the most elite and glamorous women’s social club in the city. It took my entire family and every favor from every person they’d ever met just to get me the interview. The night I went in for the first evaluation to see if I’d even be considered for the pledging process there were nothing but other women leaving in tears obviously immediately rejected with their dreams dashed. Some were the most beautiful women I had ever seen. I had been told/warned not to get MY hopes up either. As my name was called from what seemed like a pitch black room compared to the glaringly bright one I was waiting in I was instructed to first stand then turn around slowly in front of the full length mirror before entering.

The Mirror
”The mirror showed a reflection that wasn’t my own!!!” the woman screamed as they put the gurney she was strapped down on into an ambulance. Incidents like that were common at the old inn which was at the end of the paranormal tour. One maid even mumbled and chuckled to herself: “That’s why they be telling they asses don’t lift the cover on that mirror…”.

“The Gloryhole”
If walls could talk I’d have more lurid tales than any other type of wall there is! There are many walls like me discreetly hidden ALL over the world in every country, city, and town. Even when and where visits to me are illegal under penalty of death they come / cum. A wall of relief for men they’ve been known to even kill for a place in line in. A wall with a hole at crotch level. Where so many find comfort and some even have spiritual sexual experiences… A gloryhole! One reason they call me a gloryhole is due to how many men scream: “Oh GOD! OH GOD!” as they are at the end of their visits finding the glory of pleasure. I am a wall that does actually speak with the many lurid messages often written on me about when someone will be there to meet and artwork drawn of sexual fantasies!

“Humanity Erased”
The concept of time travel was nothing new. However, the concept of it actually transitioning into a reality was! There had been rumors all over the internet of strange occurrences but the fact that some were evidence of time travel was not common knowledge… YET! What was the secret of how time travel worked? Who knew how to do it? What was their intent? Those are just a few of the questions everyone watching the situation were asking amongst their selves.
