Fishman Chapter Nine
I think about the dream I had last night. It’s just a dream, it’s not and it never will be a flashback: Kathleen had no bad bone in her body. I’m not a gambling man, but if I was, I would bet that Kathleen was a superior angel in heaven. The world feels empty without her. The kindness she showed towards all of us is something that I will never forgot.

Fishman Chapter Eight
“Hi Bobby!” Sarah smiles at me as if we were still married. From the way she holds me hands and pecks my cheek, makes me feel warm and fuzzy inside. I can never bring myself to hate her, even after her betrayal. A part of my soul still lives within her. Seeing her again for the first time in years just makes me want to smile.

Fishman Chapter Six
Kathleen left everything to Ruth when she died. She had already given me all her video games before she became poorly. It’s been years since I stood in front of this house. I can feel an eerie breeze down my neck as flock of leaves blow by my chest.

Fishman Chapter Five
Ruth wasn’t at home when we knocked on the door, so we called in at my cousin, Annie. She lives in a semi-deserted village called Woodburn. Her house is opposite the small church where she got married. There’s nothing exceptional about the church besides the crooked and lifeless tree standing besides it. The roof of the church is falling apart, and nothing’s grown on that tree since I last came here for her wedding.

Fishman Chapter One
I hear that drowning is the most pleasant way to die. I love the feel of the water, it makes you feel so weightless and free. Nobody can judge me down here. My name is Robert Fishman, some people call me Bobby, but I don’t really like it that much. I spend most of my time playing video games. I own several consoles. I don’t go outside very much. I ate nothing yesterday. And today, I had my last supper—got plans to eat anything else again. All I need in life is me, and my games.

An Ode to Klaus Nomi
If I could travel back in time and see one artist or band perform live, it would be Klaus Nomi. To this day, it saddens me that I will never get to see him in concert. Klaus Nomi is one of those singers that not everyone has heard of. Those that know him, know him for his theatrical appearances, wide vocal range, and unusual but delightful music crossing genres of rock, disco, opera and new wave. He was once a backing singer for David Bowie. His only two albums, a self-titled debut and Simple Man, showcased high talent, an open mind, and a delight for listeners who love underground discoveries.

We Don't Get Aliens in Sheffield
Jodie Whittaker impressed everyone on Saturday Night. When it was first announced that Dr. Who would be getting a female doctor for the first time, people were split which is understandable. People don't like change very much and find it hard to adapt to, especially a big one such as gender. I think the BBC did incredibly well with the transition of Capaldi to Whittaker. I think many viewers have had their doubts put to rest.
