Pathways to Freedom
Carley, my name, means Free Woman, which is fitting because my goal in this lifetime is to liberate myself and be completely free. However, I do not want to do this alone. My work involves helping others liberate themselves through sharing my own experiences. I am very passionate about creating spaces and communities where people can come together and heal through connection, storytelling, and mutual support. I currently do this through Instagram, but I would love to have a larger community and a wider audience. My goal is to write books, have a podcast, publish a newsletter, and create a forum where people can connect consciously.

Being Here
I don’t know when I first started having suicidal ideation, but I know that it’s been a part of my conscious thinking for over half of my life. I’ve had times where I was really terrified and somewhat relieved to think that I was going to be a suicide. I still struggle with it today, but it is much easier for me. After years of traditional and alternative therapy, I have found new ways to cope with my suicidal ideation. Here are just a few:
