Stop! Take a moment to breathe, in, and out. Reanalyze what's bothering you. What's actually bothering you? This sweet life can be full of uncertainties, failures, regrets, pain, and yet, they don't get better when we merely worry about them, without taking positive actions to address the situation and the reasons we are in such a situation in the very first place.
