Hey guys and welcome back to my channel! So, I know right off the bat just based on the title, a lot of you will be very skeptical. But yes, it is, in fact, possible to lose weight healthily without working out. Presently, in truth, as a significant disclaimer, the most ideal way to get in shape is through a blend of diet and exercise. I highly recommend that you do a workout if you can.
