Project Ignis. Content Warning.
Tasper had his own plan and Hamish was going to force it out of him. Everything. Who those people were and who else the CIA might have embedded in the Project. That was a skirmish he witnessed. The Security calls to the Hephaestus, it was something serious. But as he threw himself into his van he didn't stop to ponder. He hit the ignition and sped back down the dirt track.

The canteen was still vacant as Hamish entered. He was early. The automated lights buzzed to life, flickering a glare across the stainless-steel benches that rowed along each side of the modestly sized hall. A set of narrow windows accompanied each bench on the right side, thick tropical vegetation brushed against the exterior. The spattering of sunlight through the leaves and branches did very little to disguise the facilities dull concrete and iron panel laced interior. A hatch into a kitchen was closed directly ahead. Hamish was very early. But as their mission detailed, this was the only opportunity to discuss the operation with his fellow MI6 and CIA agents embedded in the Projects activities.

Silent
Nobody can hear a scream in the vacuum of space, or so they say. Victor knew otherwise. Being a communication officer it was all he did, listen to the screams of static and the howls of the void. It was his first Slowsleep and he awoke to a frightful gasp as his body attempted to draw in more oxygen following a hit of drugs and adrenaline.

There weren’t always dragons in the Valley, but Yuin insisted he saw one like the stories from their childhood. An oil which stung like a thousand wasps dribbled from its terrorising jaws as their thunderous strength threw them through the jungle, crashing and snapping, the rugged foliage echoed as it’s shivering hissed roared you still.
