Leaders, who should be guiding society towards progress, are often caught in this same web. More than 90% are, unfortunately, driven by selfish goals, and very few genuinely work for the betterment of others. This is why, despite all the revolutions, treaties, and advancements of the past, humanity still finds itself discontent.
