Cardiac Resynchronization Therapy in Left Bundle Branch Block and Heart Failure: A Guideline-based Approach

Introduction: A successful treatment option for individuals with heart failure and conduction problems, notably left bundle branch block (LBBB), is cardiac resynchronization therapy (CRT). A frequent electrical conduction issue called LBBB damages the ventricles and causes asynchronous contraction, which can exacerbate the signs and symptoms of heart failure. The guidelines for employing CRT in patients with LBBB and heart failure will be discussed in this article.
