The All New Soletia Kennedy
It was a bright and sunny morning, when Soletia Kennedy made a decision to try and make herself and her life more attractive. As soon as she had tidied up her room and had gotten changed, she sat down at her desk with a piece of paper, a pen, a hand mirror and a full-length photograph of herself. First she studied herself in the photo, then the mirror. Her hair which was light brown and very dull and boring, always looked like it needed a good wash, and the clothes that she was wearing was a short sleeved dark-brown dress and underneath it was a pale purple long-sleeved shirt.

Birthday Girl
Lynette sat in the back of the classroom wishing that it was anyone else’s birthday except Larissa’s, but of course wishes don’t come true and it WAS Larissa’s. Larissa was the most popular girl in her grade and she always made everyone know it too. Holsworth High
“Welcome to Holsworth High, my name is Mrs Holsworth and I will be your principal for the next twelve months”. This was the start of a new year at a new school and Samantha Read was not in the best of moods. Just two weeks earlier, this was the conversation that changed Sam’s life forever.

5 Reasons I Wish People Would Stop Asking If I Am Having a 2nd Child
Parenting is hard and everyone knows it. I am a mum of 1 adorable little girl who despite being cheeky, extremely active and getting use to her emotions, I wouldn’t change her for the world. The one thing that annoys me, which started not long after she was born was the ‘so when are you having another one?’ I mean seriously, let me just focus on having our life tipped upside down with all our time and energy going on one helpless little human being, before we throw a second in to the mix.

Children's Photography
Photography is an outlet that enables me to express myself. A major obstacle in allowing me to be creative stands less than a one-meter tall and loves to wear just a nappy around the house when it’s hot. I am talking about my almost three-year old daughter who is my ‘model’ when it comes to practicing my photography. For anyone who wants to get started in Children’s Photography enter at your own risk as things never go to plan.

Train of Thought
The train station was almost deserted when Ellie Fraser stepped through the turnstiles after paying her fare. All except for an elderly man down the end under the awning. She glanced at her watch and saw her train was not for another hour and was thankful she had thought to pack her e-reader into her bag before she had left. Looking around for a spot that was comfy enough to read, she headed for the nearest seat in the shade but was still far enough to be alone.

VIRGO OR LIBRA?
There is no clear divide when you are born on the cusp of two star signs. My birthdate is the twenty-second of September and depending on where you read, I am either a Virgo, a Libra or a Late Virgo with Libra traits. It doesn’t sound like the simplest way of identifying who I am as a person, and growing up, whenever anyone asked, I would say ‘Virgo’ but when you really get down to the individual traits or persona of myself, you start to wonder.
