Cruel Hues
Velvet lavender, smell so sweet, lists with a lonely touch. Red Rose petals fall quiet as blood drops soaked in pain. Yellow gold chilled honey that drips upon the skin, alongside the warm taste. Rich in life, with aqua blue oceans, waves with buoyancy, withered by the hope that flees. Death shrouds while life bares cruel. Omens glare onto depths so dark and black, as the noose that tightens around the neck of one's insecurities and innermost demons, while the moon fades a white snowdrift of harmony, a peace long-lasting, long waited, long overdue, to the final words of my thoughts collected, of the colors painted along with my transgressions and conquests.
