Hydrate Appropriately Hydration means drinking water. If you can’t face drinking just plain water, then healthy soft drinks are also good. Some fizzy drinks are OK but many are full of caffeine (and other chemicals). This can stimulate you in the short term but the effect will wear off and can do so very quickly.
