Spider-Man? Nah, Spider-Goat!
Nexia Biotechnologies began researching spider goats ten years ago, calling themselves BioSteel fibers. Initially, Lewis collaborated with a Canadian company that produced the first goats. Unfortunately, the company ran out of money and Lewis' team got into trouble. The company is transforming a former US Air Force base in upstate New York into a larger goat farm comprising connected laboratory facilities.

Can a cockroach survive a nuclear blast?
Keeping your home clean may provide some protection, but cockroach attacks can happen to anyone. The fact is that very few if any, people survived the nuclear holocaust, so it does not matter if you run out of time. Although humans, cockroaches, and other creatures may survive the first atomic bomb explosion, they will not survive “zero on the ground” and will likely not survive long.

Cell Phones and Confused Bee
Electromagnetic waves and cell towers disrupt the earth's magnetic field, causing the bee to lose its ability to move. The small amount of radiation produced by cell phones and towers undermines the navigating ability of honey bees and prevents them from returning to their hives. Critics of mobile transmission cite beekeepers and researchers who say they have seen bees become so weakened by cellular radiation that they are at risk of contracting diseases and pests such as the Varroa mite.
