True Self Love
Part 1 Learning to truly love yourself is harder than you think. Most everyone think they love themselves, but in reality we don’t! Think about it, do you feel guilty when you tell someone “No”? Do you live to please others? Do you allow others to hurt you? Do you choose others over your own needs? THAT IS NOT SELF LOVE!!

I see me....
I look in the mirror Looking for...... me I see a stranger mimicking my every move “Where am I?” I ask “Am I lost?” I stop, close my eyes, take in 3 deep breaths, open my eyes and there I am looking back at myself.
