It was here. Here is where I found the Doctor's black notebook. I can see it clearly in my mind. From this spot, you could gaze across the valley over the color-coordinated rooftops of dozens of neighborhoods arranged in tiers extending down to Main Street South at the lazy rivers edge far below.
