So during this time we are obviously all home more than usual, And while I’ve been home I’ve been ordering so many new things to try as well as stocking back up on things that I will forever re-purchase until it’s no longer available for me to order. Everything I list below are things I’ve tried so enjoy.

So as we all know we are all going through a pandemic and in quarantine, and this is effecting everyone all in different ways, some people can’t find simple household supplies that would normally be stocked up and full, no hand washes or hand sanitizer, people are unemployed without pay. It’s a struggle but I want to help out in as many ways as I can so below I will lists sites that are supplying toilet tissue & other household supplies as well as hand sanitizer and masks. I will also be listing below items I personally take and recommend to keep your immune system healthy. Please note I am no doctor those are just things I recommend so make sure to read ingredients and check up with your doctor if you’re not sure it’s right for you.

CREATE A SCHEDULE FOR YOUR DAY When you go to work every day you normally have a specific amount of time you spend at the office. This schedule should not change even though you’re working from home no matter if it’s job searching or of it’s a regular job.

Little Things to Do While Dealing with a Heartbreak
So before I give you tips I’ve personally used that have helped me, I’m not at all saying all or any of these will “definitely” work for you in helping you completely get over a heartbreak. But these small little tips will definitely get your mind off of things and get you back into life and start to feel like yourself again. No one truly understands how much a heartbreak can impact someone’s life and effect it. I developed very unhealthy coping habits that really messed with my mental and physical and emotional health for what most people think it's something that isn’t that “serious.” It’s never easy getting over it so I just wanna give you some easy effective ways to deal with it to start getting your mind off of it.
