Border Gavaskar Trophy
The Border–Gavaskar Trophy is a Test cricket series played between India and Australia. It is named after the former Indian cricketer Sunil Gavaskar and the former Australian cricketer Allan Border. The trophy was introduced in 1996–97 when Australia toured India for a four-match Test series. Since then, the teams have contested the trophy 11 times, with India winning 6, Australia winning 4, and one series drawn.
