Introduction to AI and Machine Learning (ML) Artificial intelligence, or AI, is a branch of computer science that focuses on creating machines that can carry out operations that ordinarily require human intelligence, such as language translation, speech recognition, visual perception, and decision-making. The goal of machine learning (ML), a subset of artificial intelligence, is to enable computers to learn from data without explicit programming. This indicates that ML algorithms can become more effective over time as they are exposed to more data, boosting their capacity to handle challenging jobs.
