Do regular things any other way. Challenge your cerebrum to frame new associations and pathways by doing the things you ordinarily do on autopilot another way. Clean your teeth with your non-prevailing hand. Stroll around as though you're going in reverse through time. Converse with yourself in an alternate language. Anything that you can do to stir it up, do it!
