D Plus Sunshine in a Bottle

So, there’s this thing about London, right? It’s always grey. Like, even when it’s summer, the sun just never seems to really show up. And I didn’t think much of it, honestly. But then, a friend of mine at Care and Cure Nutraceuticals starts talking about this Vitamin D thing. Turns out, we’re all missing something pretty big here. Not just, you know, feeling warm and all, but actual stuff that keeps us healthy—bones, mood, immune system, the whole lot. And they’re seeing people coming down with low energy, catching colds constantly, even dealing with weak bones. Apparently, we’re missing out because of the lack of sunlight. Go figure.
