Concentration
According to a study by the American Psychological Association which was conducted in 1990, an average person cannot concentrate on work for more than 90 minutes. A person gets distracted by one thing or the other after 90 minutes. While concentrating, if a different thought comes to mind even for a microsecond, then we get distracted. That thought is the pivotal distraction.if you can control that thought, you can achieve what you want.
