The weight of wrong paths
A meditation on choosing ease over purpose

The path of least resistance?
It was never the path of least resistance at all.
Maybe momentarily.
For five, six, maybe even ten years.
Until you feel it, until it hits, until it wears you down.
The weight of something not sitting right; Heavy. Burdensome. Painful. Exhausting.
No spark. No flame.
Burned out.
The path of least resistance?
It’s the path of slow decay.
Your true path?
It's waiting for your light.
