In a small village, friends Omar, Layla, Sami, and Noor eyed the tallest apple tree in Mr. Khalid’s orchard. Its top held the legendary golden apple, said to be the sweetest. “First to grab it wins!” Omar challenged. Layla smirked, ready to climb, while Sami hesitated, fearing a fall or Mr. Khalid’s wrath. Noor just laughed. “Let’s go!”
Omar led, gripping the rough bark. Layla followed, swift and steady, with Noor close behind, giggling. Sami, muttering nervously, climbed last. The branches thinned higher up, swaying in the breeze. A twig snapped under Layla’s foot, making Sami gasp, but she grinned. “That’s the fun part!”
Near the top, the golden apple gleamed. Omar reached, slipped, but Layla caught him. “Not today,” she teased. Noor, the smallest, stretched and snatched the apple. They cheered, but Mr. Khalid’s shout echoed below. “You kids!”
Laughing, they scrambled down, passing the apple like a relay. They sprinted through the orchard, escaping Mr. Khalid’s yells. Safe at the village edge, they split the apple. Each bite was as sweet as their victory. “Worth it,” Omar said, already dreaming of their next adventure.
