Spinach Paneer Roti

components

For Spinach Paneer Roti

1/2 cup finely chopped spinach

5 tablespoons of grated paneer

5 tablespoons of rice flour

5 tablespoons ragi flour

1/2 tsp chili powder

1/4 tsp turmeric

Salt, to taste

Rice flour, for weaving

Oil, for cooking

to serve

Fresh yogurt

To make palak paneer

Mix all the ingredients in a deep bowl and add lukewarm water as needed to make a smooth dough.

Divide this ball into 6 equal parts, each part of 100 m. m. (4”) roll with little rice flour.

Heat a non-stick pan with a little oil and fry the roti until golden brown on both sides.

Serve Palak Paneer Roti hot with fresh yogurt.
