1 bowl of buttermilk
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon sesame seeds
1 small spoon of rye
3 tablespoons of oil
250 grams of burning pods

Cut the saffron pods and boil them with a little salt.
Put chickpea flour in chasa and put turmeric in it. Put oil in a pan to heat, when the oil is hot, add rice in it.
Now add salt and boiled sargava pods and boil the curry. Delicious and nutritious sargava extract is ready.
