
Ragi Masala Roti
Ingredients

1 1/2 cups ragi flour
1 teaspoon ghee
Pinch of coriander leaves
1/4 cup carrots (grated)
1/4 cup beetroot (boiled-grated)
3/4 cup green onion leaves (chopped)
Salt to taste
1/4 white sesame seeds
1 teaspoon coriander (chopped)
1/4 teaspoon ginger-chili paste
Ghee (for greasing)

First, heat 1 cup of water in a pan, add ghee, ragi flour, coriander leaves and salt and stir with a wooden spoon. Turn off the gas and cover with a lid for 2-3 minutes. Mix the carrots, green onion leaves and beetroot and mix in the ginger-chili, coriander and sesame seeds.
Make a uniform Luva. Flatten it lightly with the help of a rolling pin. Fry it on both sides on a tawa.
Fry it again on gas on both sides, apply ghee and serve hot.
