Here is my first mechanical drawing using my T-square and my pencil. This is only a sample of what I remember from those two classes I had in school. This is what we had to setup to draw a shape. The bottom of sheet is where we put our names and the class and the teacher and what period we had the class. I wrote on this one as if I were working for some place and had a place for my name, the project name and the company I work for and the last column the date due for the project.
The white space above is where you would draw whatever you wanted to make. I just drew a basic square with a front view, top view and a side view. Most projects that we drew in class had to have three views for we were mainly learning the Multiview drawing style. Currently, and I will post tomorrow the first article about the history and a few other things about mechanical drawing. In the textbook that I reading there are questions at the end of the chapters, and I am answering those questions in the form of an article not just like doing homework if you know what I mean. Please share your thoughts for I am re-learning this skill too.

For this being your first one in a long time it’s a great illustration!
Oh this is so cool. Mechanical drawing, the type of drawing that communicates information to manufacturers. Seems like you can recall a lot from those classes. Answering questions from a text book in the form of an article is a good idea, keeps you writing and a good exercise for your brain. And if you enjoy it, we love it! ♥️
Nice one ✍️✏️🏆
