Kitchen tips to remember to become a smart housewife

If you are making potato dry vegetables or juicy vegetables, add a large cardamom to it. It will give a new taste.

While frying vegetables, add turmeric to the oil first, the oil will splash less.

- If you want to thicken any juicy vegetables, mix the crumbs of double roti roasted in ghee in it. This will not only thicken the vegetables but also make them delicious.

- If the vegetables have too much chilli, add a little tomato sauce or yogurt to it. The pungency of the vegetables will be reduced.

- To keep the color of green vegetables like peas, green gram etc. intact even after cooking, add a pinch of sugar while cooking them.

- While making kheer, add a pinch of salt when the rice rises. You will need less sugar and the kheer will be delicious.

- If you apply oil on tomatoes and roast them, their skin will come off easily.

- While making parathas, if you add a boiled potato and a teaspoon of coriander seeds to the flour, they will be delicious.

- If you roast parathas with butter, they will be crispy and delicious.

- Before storing sprouted grains in the freezer, add 1 teaspoon of lemon juice to the grains so that they do not smell.
