Helps the body gain energy:

Drinking ghee and lukewarm water on an empty stomach in the morning gives the body instant energy. This keeps you active throughout the day and reduces physical fatigue.

Amount of ghee and lukewarm water:

1 teaspoon (5 ml) of desi ghee is enough every day. The water should be slightly salty or slightly lukewarm, as very hot water can destroy the nutrients of ghee, but the temperature should be such that the ghee can dissolve easily.

Take 1 glass of boiled water and add 1 teaspoon of ghee to it. Stir the mixture well and drink it slowly immediately after waking up in the morning or after brushing your teeth.

Benefits of ghee on digestion:

Ghee improves the digestion of food. It relieves constipation, gas and digestive problems. The mixture of hot water and ghee starts the body's detoxification process, which purifies the blood and gives glow to the skin.

Beneficial for bones:

The omega-3 fatty acids present in ghee strengthen the bones. This reduces knee pain and stiffness. Ghee contains omega-3 fatty acids which help in strengthening the bones.
