Have seen a kind of complicated and magic words in the East? Today, I would like to share with you, the traditional Chinese Characters in Calligraphy.

1.learning calligraphy develops the qualities of meticulousness, concentration, composure, and persistence.

As Mr. Guo Moruo once said, "It is important to write the characters in a way that is up to standard, relatively upright, clean, and easy to recognize. It is good to develop such a habit, which can make one careful, easy to concentrate, and good at being considerate. It is easy to do things hastily, carelessly, and arbitrarily. Practicing writing can gradually eliminate these faults."

2. It can let us understand philosophy

3. Cultivate the ability to observe, analyze, and express.

By observing and analyzing the shape characteristics, writing methods, and formal effects of dots, horizontals, verticals, apostrophes, presses, and folds, the writing process of each character is completed. In the long run, the writer's ability to observe, analyze, and express must be developed.

4. Calligraphy plays a role in maintaining health.

Many medical doctors believe that calligraphy and qigong have a close intrinsic connection. Chinese calligraphy can also play a role in promoting physical and mental health, energizing people, and prolonging their lives. The practice of calligraphy is very similar to the "three adjustments" of qigong:

(1). Tune the body - posture: to write, you need to adjust the posture of the body.

Chinese calligraphy attaches great importance to the writing posture, requiring two feet flat open and shoulder width, loose waist, and broad shoulders, chest and back, both hands naturally flat, the left hand pressing the paper into an arc, the right hand to hold the pen, the body should be relaxed and natural, is conducive to the relaxation of the muscles, blood vessels and nerves of the whole body, thus promoting the stillness.

(2). Adjustment of the spirit - into the quiet:

practicing calligraphy, because you have to concentrate on reading and copying the post, thus adjusting the mental state, so that the intention to focus.

(3) Adjusting the breath - the breath:

when practicing calligraphy, it is required to breathe freely, deeply, and evenly, not to hold the breath or consciously inhibit the breath, thus promoting the regulation of the heart and lung function.

Hope the above description can help you so much and you will find writing the Chinese character with the magic of calligraphy.
