
Curd ice cream
components
1 liter of Amul Gold Milk
1 tablespoon curd
1 cup condensed milk
1 tsp vanilla essence
For Garnishing:
Sliced cashew nuts and colorful sprinkles
Cooking Instructions

First heat the milk and when it cools down add a spoonful of curd. After seven-eight hours it will become curd.

Now wrap the curd in a cotton napkin. And drain all the water. Refrigerate for seven to eight hours. So that all the water will drain out and curd will not turn sour.

Add condensed milk to curd and mix well. Now add vanilla essence and dry fruit and mix well.

Pour this mixture into an air tight container and let it set in the freezer for 7 to 8 hours.
After seven-eight hours when the ice cream is frozen, fill the ice cream cone
Garnish with sprinkles and serve.
