
Coriander Bread
components
For the pellet
1/2 cup wheat flour
1 1/2 tsp oil
Salt, to taste
To make a filling by mixing
3/4 cup finely chopped coriander
2 tsp coriander-cumin powder
1/4 tsp turmeric
1 tablespoon gram flour
2 tsp finely chopped green chillies
Salt, to taste
Other essentials
Wheat flour, for weaving
Oil, for cooking

For the pellet
Mix all the ingredients in a deep bowl and add required amount of water to make a not too hard and not too soft dough, cover it and keep it aside for 10 to 15 minutes.
After that divide this dough into 4 equal parts and keep aside.

Divide the prepared filling into 4 equal portions and keep aside.
1 part of the ball is 100 mm. m. (4”) roll it with the help of wheat flour.
Place a portion of the puran on it in the middle and fold the edges to close it so that the puran does not come out.
After preparing it again 125 m. m. (5”) roll it with the help of wheat flour.
Heat a non-stick pan and fry the roti on it with a little oil until golden brown on both sides.
As per method 2 to 5, prepare the remaining 3 rotis.
Serve immediately.
