Motivated by jealousy, Indra cleverly planned to destroy the Maveli kingdom and regain the happiness he believed to be in heaven, so he understood the wisdom and fate that would describe Maveli and his people.

King Maveli ruled the green lands of Kerala with wisdom and compassion. He understood the needs of his people and worked tirelessly to ensure their welfare. Determined to disturb the heavens of Maveli, Indra devised a cunning plan.

Indra devised a plan to deceive the king of Maveli. He summoned his celestial allies and gave extravagant feasts beyond the grandest feasts ever seen on earth. The party was designed to attract the Maveli people and divert their attention from their harmonious life.

The news of the grand feast spread like wildfire throughout Kerala and caught the attention of residents including the ever curious King Maveli. People were eager to participate of the heavenly banquet and witness the wonders of heaven. The temptation was too great for Maveli to attend the party, unaware of the trap before him.

When Maveli and his compatriots reached the top, they were greeted by a strange sight. The party never seems to stop and the atmosphere was beautiful. Little did they know, however, that it was all an elaborate ruse by Indra. Gradually, the prejudice began to fade and the truth came out.

The king of Maveli, renowned for his wisdom, soon learned of the deception around him. Rather than give in to despair, he embraced his innate strength and ralised his people. With an undeterred spirit they vowed to overcome this obstacle and restore the happiness of their kingdom, without indulging in prejudices or carnal temptations

Determined to rebuild their lives on the basis of the virtues of truth, honesty and contentment, Maveli and his people returned to Kerala. News of their strength and immobility spread far and wide, stirring neighboring kingdoms and even touching the hearts of celestial beings

Seeing the relentlessness of the Maveli, Indra began to question his actions. He saw that true happiness could be achieved, not through deception or jealousy, but through the development of a united society. Later, overcome with remorse, Indra went to Maveli and begged forgiveness for his actions. Together they vowed to promote peace, understanding, and harmony between the heavenly and earthly realms.
