Aside from being helpful for people who are new to the area, podcasts are also great for people who are looking to improve their knowledge about real estate. According to U.S. News, there are a variety of podcasts that cover various topics related to investing and personal finance.

There are a variety of real estate podcasts that are designed to help people learn more about the industry while also getting rid of the silence of a car ride.

"Real Estate Today"

Hosts: Stephan Gasque, Melissa Dittman Tracey, Bill Thompson

Made by The National Association of Realtors (NAR), "Real Estate Today" is a weekly show that aims to provide listeners with up-to-date information about the real estate market. It features segments and interviews with experts in the real estate industry. The show also covers popular topics, such as smart home technology and buying a second home.

Stephan Gasque is a broadcasting and multimedia communications director for the NAR, while Thompson is a radio host and news anchor for the show. Melissa is an editor for segments on the show and a Real Estate Magazine as well.

"House Party"

Hosts: Natalie Way and Rachel Stults

If you're a fan of celebrity home transactions and the buying and selling of real estate, House Party is the podcast for you. This weekly podcast from realtor.com talks about the latest trends in the industry, as well as the stories of real estate professionals who have experienced home disasters. Co-hosts Stults and Way have also shared their own experiences moving across the country.

"REconomy"

Hosts: Mark Flemming and Odeta Kushi

"REconomy" is a new podcast that aims to help consumers understand more about the home buying process and how the economy and housing market affect their ability to afford a home. This podcast gives more insight into mortgage interest rates and how they affect the buying ability.

First American, which provides title insurance and mortgage-related services, is the producer of "REconomy." The show features co-host Fleming and Kushi, who is the company's chief economist. They plan to increase the frequency of the show.

"There Goes the Neighborhood"

Host: Kai Wright

From 2016 to 2019, "There Goes the Neighborhood" was a limited-series podcast that explored the various ways that gentrification affects the population of a city as well as how the housing market has changed in different cities across the U.S.

Each season, New York Public Radio collaborated with various public radio stations in each city to produce a different story. Wright, who is a writer and host of a local radio program called "The United States of Anxiety," helped guide the stories.

"99% Invisible"

Hosts: Roman Mars

Since 2010, "99% Invisible" has been a popular podcast for design-focused listeners. It focuses on the various aspects of the architectural world around us. While not all episodes are focused on architecture, the show also tackles other topics such as technology, cities, and art.

In addition to architecture, "99% Invisible" also features other topics such as housing history and homelessness. Each week, the hosts discuss various issues affecting the housing market.

These are just a few of many great podcasts specifically about the real estate world. Podcasts can be not only a learning tool for someone who is starting out but as well as helpful for experts to stay on top of new information and be able to relate themselves to others' experiences.

About Athanasios Tsiropoulos

Athanasios Tsiropoulos is a real estate expert with over two decades of experience. His father realized the American Dream by building a real estate empire with nothing but his ability and strong work ethic. Athanasios, like his father, has the same drive and dedication to succeed.

Athanasios relocated to the Dominican Republic town of Punta Cana after a successful 20-year career. Noting how the Caribbean Sea and the Atlantic Ocean created picture-perfect landscapes, Athanasios, an astute businessman, saw the island’s crystal-clear waters and more than 30 kilometers of white sandy beaches and knew it was the ideal location for his luxury rental property business, Good Times Punta Cana. In addition to managing short-term vacation rentals, he also managed single-family homes and large apartment complexes. fter working for several years learning the ins and outs of the business, Athanasios founded his own painting and home remodeling firm. He worked with numerous real estate brokers in Fairfield and Westchester County, New York, to renovate properties that were about to be put on the market.

Athanasios Tsiropoulos, who now calls Medellin, Colombia, home, enjoys spending time with nature and reaping the benefits of everything the city offers. Fishing, camping, and relaxing with his family are some of his favorite pastimes, and traveling whenever possible.
