Could this be the real traffic through AsEver.com?

The Duchess of Sussex Meghan Markle's AsEver announced in an email newsletter on the 30th of July 2025 that there will be a restocking of her AsEver Napa Valley Rosé in the coming days. This announcement seems to be timed to coincide with the AsEver female founder's birthday in the week of the 4th of August 2025. How also appropriate that there will be a new release of the 2024 AsEver Napa Valley Rosé. Is this a reminder of the year AsEver was founded formerly known as American Riviera Orchard, ARO?

There is still however an outstanding question as to who owns ARO Shopify shop which seems to have been hacked. An obvious trademark infringement. Moreover the Google search term of "American Riviera Orchard shop" still brings this Shopify shop as its top result.

Who owns ARO in Shopify?

Why does this matters who owns ARO in Shopify?

The answer is in this analysis. The term branded keywords are search queries that include the name of your brand. They result in what is called branded website traffic. They are people who already know the brand name and are typing it through search engines like Google which then gets them to the brand's website. On one specific month there were more than 64,000 searches of the search term "American Riviera Orchard" which brought them to the AsEver.com website according to data analysis. Despite the name change, American Riviera Orchard as a brand name still brings a lot of search referrals to the AsEver.com website according to the data analysis.

Another term used is non-branded keywords which are search queries which do not mention the brand name such as the name of a generic product. This analysis has found that generic products like "crepe", "raspberry spread" and " short bread cookie mix", when searched on Google they produced search results with AsEver.com being within the first top ten of those results. This is around the days when there are products available on the AsEver.com website. There is an actual Google trend of "flower sprinkles" attributed to the Duchess of Sussex Meghan's Netflix series With Love, Meghan. The query of "flower sprinkles" on Google as of this writing stills brings the AsEver.com website as the top result.

Non-branded keywords

This analysis looked at the daily website traffic through AsEver.com within the split of branded and non-branded traffic for the month of July 2025. There could have been nearly 1.8 million visits through the AsEver.com website with a daily average of about 50,000 when you combine the two categories of website traffic. Looking back, on the 20th of June 2025 when there was a second product drop, there was more website traffic than at launch. This is probably attributed to customers receiving their orders and posting photos or videos online. This would have generated more interest for the rush on the 20th of June 2025.

The generic term of "Napa Valley Rosé" as of writing brings wine.asever.com as its top result. Many in the British media are asking why the Duchess of Sussex Meghan has been absent in their words from social media. If you follow @aseverofficial on Instagram, you would have noticed a daily stream of photos and videos of customers receiving their 2023 AsEver Napa Valley Rosé. Those who were lucky to get their hands on it when it sold out in less than an hour on the 1st of July 2025. It is estimated that they may have sold nearly 30,000 bottles equivalent to about 5,000 orders. A monetary value of $790,000 or a possible $1 million in sales.

Non-branded keywords

The Duchess of Sussex Meghan is certainly on an interesting journey with her startup company and it will already be a multi million dollar business this year alone. The next product restock is coming soon and that will certainly improve the startup balance sheet. For wine lovers, the date of the Rosé maybe significant for the AsEver female founder, 2024 was the year it all started.
