1. Empathy

2. Define

From the information gathered during the empathy/research phase, it’s time for our team to define the problem. This problem statement is user-centric, what is the user actually trying to solve. 3. Ideate

We love this part. To ideate on every possible solution in a creative manner. We do this by brainstorming, listing out as many ideas to solve the defined problem, and coming up with the most viable solution.

4. Prototype

After deciding upon the most viable solution, it’s time to execute the same. Our UX designers start by creating low-fidelity prototypes to experiment with. Then we select the winning prototype and add a layer of details - meaning more visuals, interactions, and content.

5. Testing

During the testing phase, we prep up the prototype and invite target users to actually use the prototype. In this way, we can identify the latent gaps, take feedback and improvise. Through repetitive testing, we make sure that the final product has minimum chances of error and is widely accepted by users.
