Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan spoke to Putin on the phone on Wednesday. According to a statement issued by Erdoan's office, Turkey has told Putin that the war will not solve any issue and we will not support any action taken against Ukraine.

According to the New York Times, the US and the European Union are going to crack down on those who are very close to Putin. These include Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu and Putin's Chief of Staff Anton Vaino.

Russia vacating the embassy

The conditions of the world are also becoming dangerous. On the one hand, there is talk of arms control and on the other hand, the expansion of NATO is being done. We want to create a security balance so that every country can protect itself.

Clashes intensify in eastern Ukraine

Russian-backed separatists opened fire in several areas of eastern Ukraine in 24 hours. In this, one Ukrainian soldier was killed and six were injured. Earlier, a car was targeted by Russian-backed separatists in eastern Ukraine. A gas pipeline was also blown up. Meanwhile, Ukraine has asked reserve soldiers aged between 18 and 60 to be ready due to the possibility of open war. These people have been called again for training. This trend started on Wednesday.

Russian PM Putin ordered the deployment of troops to Luhansk and Donetsk. After this, a convoy of Russian army tanks was seen going towards the Ukraine border.

Appeal to India to support

Meanwhile, Russia has appealed to India to cooperate. Russian Embassy in Delhi said- We hope that the Russia-India partnership will continue at the same level as it is today. Russia has welcomed India's stand on the Ukraine crisis.

At the same time, India's Minister of State for External Affairs Meenakshi Lekhi said – India stands with its citizens, any of our students or citizens who are in Ukraine should be in touch with our embassy, we will do our best to help them. Earlier, US Secretary of State Antony Blinken canceled the meeting with Russia. He said- Russia is not serious about adopting a diplomatic route to resolve the current tension.
  • External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar said in France – The roots of the ongoing standoff between Ukraine and Russia are in post-Soviet politics. He said the current situation in Ukraine also has its roots in the expansion of NATO and Russia's changing relations with European countries.
