During this pandemic, venturing out has become a chore for some. We are skeptical of embarking on the reason for COVID and its limitations. Our behavior evolves due to extended isolation or limited socializing. Our energy release and distribution are localized, affecting the Self, and an outlet is required.

Involuntary or voluntary, the system and mandates of this pandemic are impactful. The lack of socializing ranges from ease to high anxiety. Finding a way to avoid depletion is vital. Energy modification is ideal.

Having a sense of equanimity is sound in the study of Mindfulness. Adding on the study of Chakra's, emphasizing balance and unblocking the energy points in our body through meditating.

Overwhelmed and concerned about day-to-day interactions has become a source of angst for many, making it challenging to balance.

So what do we do? How do we move with fluidity and wisely during these times? Simply by finding ways to balance and covert our energy to put our minds and bodies at ease.

The law of saving energy states that energy can neither be created nor destroyed - only converted from one form of energy to another. With the few tips along with your required applicable's, we can make the best of this Zeitgeist because, after all, it is what it is.

I. Know yourself. We hear it all the time and still may deny the power thereof. COVID's impact is an excellent opportunity to self-evaluate and narrow down imperatives and energy levels. For example, setting realistic expectations is essential if you value your time. You'll act accordingly.

II. Seek out ways to release, i.e., exercise, Podcast, book clubs, dance, meet-ups. Create your list, narrow down on one you believe you can realistically do, and begin! Trusted small groups will be good as well.

III. Journal. Jot that shit down! Sometimes I write and burn with the ashes symbolizing release. Freewriting can preserve sanity and give clarity. Solace is sure to follow, bringing rest

VI. Reaffirm yourself. We can quickly think or say something negative to ourselves at times versus positive. If it's a knee-jerk reaction, make a conscious effort to be indifferent at the very least. Weigh the evidence for and against.

V. If you have friends or close associates, make time for them. Two is better than one, and you can share your experiences and together seek out healthy ways to keep your energy balanced.

VI. Are you feeling frisky with entrepreneurial vibes? Start a small business! The idea comes first; write it down, and bring it to fruition. Nothing good comes easy unless you got guap.

VII. Have fun! That is alright. Seek out help if need be. I account for depression and anxiety and others that can weigh heavy.

*Be a beacon to yourself to build your energy, even if it's potential because that is still an opportunity. Rest is assured to abound at the end.
