- Close Internet Explorer and try to run QuickBooks again.
Method 4 - Clear Cache Data of Internet Explorer
- Open Internet Explorer, then go to the Browsing History section from Settings;
- Here, select history, cookies, and temporary internet files and then click on Delete; and
- Finally, click on Apply and then OK.
Method 5 - Run Internet Explorer in Compatibility View Mode
- Open Internet Explorer, then click on the Settings cog and select Tools;
- Now you have to open the Compatibility View settings to get access to the Compatibility View window;
- Put a check-mark on the “Display all websites in Compatibility View” option; and
- Click on Close to save the changes that you made.
Method 6 - Turn off Add-ons in Internet Explorer
- Open Internet Explorer, then click on Tools and select Internet Options;
- Under the Programs tab, select the option “Manage Add-ons”;
- Now click on the add-ons and then select Disable from the bottom side of the screen; and
- Click on OK and to save the changes, and then exit Internet Explorer.
Method 7 - Clear SSL Certificates from Internet Explorer
- Open Internet Explorer, then click on the Settings cog on the top right of the screen;
- Select Internet Options;
- Under the Content tab, click on the Clear SSL State button; and
- Click on OK to save the changes made.
