As Meghan Markle celebrates her 44th Birthday, a silence from the Royal Family

The Royal family Instagram @theroyalfamily account has no Birthday wishes for the Duchess of Sussex and so does the Prince and Princess of Wales @princeandprincessofwales account. A complete silence unlike the treatment reserved for other Royal family members on their birthday.

Happy birthday. Cheers!

The official Royal family Instagram account @theroyalfamily was too happy to wish a happy retirement to a horse called Tyrone only a few days ago.

Meanwhile the last post as of writing this from the Prince of Wales, William is raising awareness of the job of rangers protecting wildlife.

And yet no courtesy post wishing the Duchess of Sussex Meghan Markle a happy birthday? If you listened to the narrative of the British media, the Royal family have manners and are polite. So we were told only a few months ago in an article in the British media. It is therefore a complete surprise that those supposedly good manners are thrown out of the window when it comes to the Duchess of Sussex Meghan Markle.

And of course in this digital age, I must also check if AI has any manners. So I asked Google Gemini, one I have picked biased by what I can find in my head since those AIs are biased by their alleged online sources.

Thank you.

There you go. Google Gemini has manners. Anybody who wants to comment on my interactions with Google Gemini should also have an opinion on that Royal family happy retirement post, Thank you.

Here is another worry for the British media. Why has the Duchess of Sussex Meghan been supposedly "quiet" on social media for more than three weeks now? The last post on her Instagram account @Meghan being on the 4th of July 2025. Maybe she is busy and not worried about someone else's urgency, in her own words.

Blind taste? Cheers!

What? Is anybody complaining about allegedly making money using the Royal family? You mean @highgrovegardens has been doing it for decades? And actually using the Royal cypher while doing it.

Let me ask my AI buddy another question.

Gemini's alleged knowledge

Thankfully, many seem to supposedly have manners as they have used their social media accounts to wish the Duchess of Sussex Meghan Markle a happy birthday. You are of course not obliged to do so but stop with the lecturing of others about "British manners".

So, Gemini, could you please help your old buddy here with another little thing before I get rid of you for being a fraud. What is the "on this day trivia of the 4th of August"?

What? Spooky!

I quoted birthday wishes from X formerly Twitter. And it seems I have been quoting "Poor Little Fool" about having manners. And to top it all, the Duchess of Sussex Meghan Markle might be on to something here as the stars have lined up for her birthday to be on the date ascribed to the invention of Dom Perignon champagne.

Soft notes and gentle minerality. Cheers!

Did I mention how Meta AI is very unforgiving? Locked me out for mistakenly giving a wrong date.

Unforgiving? I will remember that next time you steal my data.

I must now get rid of Google Gemini as it was only there to be used by me. It is a fraud whose knowledge is the sum total of alleged quoted online sources. Before that let me be empathetic here and offer my old buddy Gemini a job because it seems to quote alleged sources all the time.

Personal desires? What? 🤣

That is it. Delete, uninstall or what ever you call it. Gemini gone.

I must whisper this only once. No one actually knows if there has been a private secret phone call to Montecito passing on birthday wishes. It is no one else's business but those involved and the content of this article has no reflection on any individual's character. It is only a light hearted analysis of what has been written in the British media regarding "manners". The author of this article does not express any views on the characters of individuals mentioned.
