Mothers of technology will lead the world toward transformation
Tech technology cannot move forward without women since they are both essential and transformative. They will always have their importance and future influence grow in the future.
Over time, individuals such as Ada Lovelace or Grace Hopper broke stereotypes and stereotypes enhancing path for others to follow. Nowadays, women like Sheryl Sandberg or Mary Barra are running major corporations influencing what lies ahead in the sphere of IT.
Evidently, there is a growing trend of more women-led startups and businesses being formed in the tech industry. For one thing, initiatives supporting females in tech still continue to rise while gender gap shrinks slowly. By 2025, it is expected that half of all technology professionals will be female with equal financing going to female-run start-ups.
The long-term projection for women working in the tech sector shows continuous growth in leadership positions as well as progressions within AI(machine learning) , data science as well as other new technologies.
In less than twenty years from now, the difference between male and female workers involved in technology will be minimal which means that there will be a whole lot more software solutions created by females all across the world bringing about economic development on global scale . As Reshma Saujani says: “The future is feminist.”
