As a newly married woman (still feels surreal saying that 💍), I’ve been pouring even more love into how I care for myself, my home, and my new little family — and I created this platform to bring you along on the journey. Let’s start in the kitchen — because that's where so much of my wellness journey begins. Around here, we keep it real, fresh, and flavorful. No frozen dinners, no bland bites. I share healthy holistic recipes that are easy to follow and seasoned with love — literally.

I cook most of our meals at home, and yes, it brings me joy to make wholesome dishes for my husband and I. There’s something so special about slowing down, lighting a candle, and preparing food that actually makes your body feel good.

A big part of my routine is juicing — and trust me, once you start, it’s hard to stop. From green juices and gut-friendly blends to energy boosters and immune-supporting sips, I share all the recipes I make for us daily.

It’s more than a trend — it’s a ritual. These juices help me stay energized, balanced, and focused, and I love knowing I’m fueling my body with goodness, not just filling it up.

I’m currently on a weight loss and wellness journey, but it’s not about chasing a certain look — it’s about showing up for myself with love and grace. I’ve been focusing on consistency, intuitive movement, nourishing foods, and mindset shifts.

And I’m not gatekeeping the process. I’ll be sharing the real, the raw, and the in-between moments with you — because we all deserve to feel good in our bodies, and it’s never too late to start.
