Unforgettable Moments: Experiences with Unseen Worlds

From the very beginning of our lives, we start breathing in this world and encounter things we often cannot explain. I’ve personally been through some unique experiences, which I haven’t shared before. Here are some of those stories.

Playing with Mysterious Creatures in Childhood

I vividly remember, as if it were right before my eyes, that when my mother left me alone, strange creatures would come to me. I wasn’t afraid of them; they approached me to play, teaching me how to laugh and sometimes even how to cry. They had bright, white faces with colorful, feather-like decorations. Sometimes I laughed and sometimes I cried, which often alarmed my parents. They would come running to soothe me without knowing the reason. Out of concern, they eventually began letting me sleep close to them at night.

In the end, my father took me to a monk friend to find an explanation for what was happening. A group of young boys gathered around me in the church, and the monk placed his hand on my head and began chanting. The boys circled around me. Suddenly, I started seeing everyone around me as animals, and I felt a surge of fear until the monk calmed me. From that day on, those creatures never visited me again.

Encounter with a Strange Light in the Sky

One evening in our hometown in Upper Egypt, where darkness enveloped everything due to the lack of electricity, I found myself in a garden full of trees. While playing there, I looked up toward the northwestern sky and saw a yellowish-red circle, larger than the moon and about the size of the sun. It was spinning and moving quickly toward me. Terrified, I ran back home, but I kept watching it as it descended and disappeared in a burial ground nearby. When I told my father, he said he had seen something similar in the same place before.

A Faithful Friend: The Cat That Protected Me

I had a cat that followed me everywhere. One day, as I stood with my hand on a wall, she suddenly jumped and cried out in an unusual way. When I looked, I saw a scorpion about to reach my hand, and if not for the cat’s warning, I would have been stung. I managed to kill the scorpion and realized just how loyal and protective she was.

A Brave Dog and a True Guard

We had a group of dogs guarding our crops, led by a large, strong dog named "Al-Hawi." One day, crows began attacking the chicks. My mother called Al-Hawi, gave him food, and spoke to him as if he understood, saying, "You’re here, and you’re letting the crows steal the chicks?" The next day, Al-Hawi stayed beside the young birds, and when the crow returned, he pounced on it and brought it to my mother.

The Climb to the Palm Tree Top

I always loved raising wild birds. One day, on my way to school, I spotted a pair of small chicks at the top of a palm tree near a river. Without thinking, I left my bag and climbed up. Just as I reached them, I felt something strange hit me. I looked around and saw nothing, so I quickly climbed down, fearing it might be something supernatural.

A Strange Encounter in the Fields

One day, I decided to distance myself from home and head into the fields to calm my frustration. My brother followed and sat with me. Suddenly, he pointed to the tops of the corn stalks, where we saw what looked like a lion’s tail swaying, but there was no visible body. My brother told me to run as fast as possible, and we both escaped to the house, still bewildered by what we had seen.
