Intro:

The seeds of shame:

Planting seeds of doubts, indirect requests is their game and subtle shame. Be aware of certain task requests, compare games, acting like they are more professional than you, and using the experience as a claim and more various tactics will be discussed.

====================================================

The Task Tactic:

They ask you to do a “task”.

They might say “show your creativity” or “we want you to make a thing” to “test your abilities.” and such similar phrases that subtly say prove yourself through a task.

Even if you done in the task, they know how to deny it.

They either use your work, change it, provide it as proposal for their clients. And sometimes they brainstorm themself on the back of your work.

The Compare Tactic:

Simply they compare you with other works to prove yourself even more. And by showing themselves as being the professionals.

The reason to compare is to make you doubt yourself and do either a more job or win their approval by saying more valuable knowledge that they would benefit from.

By claiming that they are also experienced. However, experienced more than you thats what differ. Such as “we know too”.

They could label every skills you have as being inefficient or label it as wrong.

The Pro Tactic:

By doing that, they can claim they are more experienced than you or done things far better then you. Because It make it easy for them to ask for more. Criticism and shame is a form of control.

Keep in mind no matter what they throw they called you for a reason.

Because you have a certain talent, they won’t call if not.

You have a skill they lack.

Even if that is not the case. They make tasks for many and then.

They take the best one of them.

Knowledge is treasure.

For them It is easier to take advantage, rather than doing the whole effort.

Even if you are a professional yourself or fresh graduate. It is like a treasure box for them. Specially fresh graduates. They can play the experience card anytime.

Again. They call if they lack, a certain skill you have, a certain knowledge.

Simply, they know who to call as a target.

And who to call or interview and waste their time on from the start.

They search for loot boxes for crying out loud.(sarcastically saying).

Treasurers Targets:

Even if you are a professional yourself or fresh graduate. It is like a treasure box for them. Specially fresh graduates. They can play the experience card anytime.

Again. They call if they lack, a certain skill you have, a certain knowledge.

Simply, they know who to call as a target.

And who to call or interview and waste their time on from the start.

They search for loot boxes for crying out loud.(sarcastically saying).

And they found you. My message to you dear,

If they trust you. They hire you.

Try and find companies that appreciate you from the start. And Ignore the others, no matter what are the subtle shame and blame games they play. Trust is everything.

Extra Tips:

• Some personal questions are to find ways, to shame you.

• A real company knows who they want to hire and who they want to use. Simply. They did their budget.

• If you are designer. Suddenly they are experienced designers.

• If you worked for two years they worked for 15 plus two years.

• Avoid them and search for ones that who don’t ask a-lot, or require you to explain a-lot.

• An effective work needs no explanation, a true expert knows an effective work from a look. He do not need not to tell or ask much.

Trust yourself no matter what they throw. Because again you know your work, better.

End:

Lastly, Embrace your work.
