Christmaas Means So Much

Three days after Christmas

Some thoughts run through my mind.

What presents did you give?

Where you grumpy or kind?

Where's your household quiet

Or chaos all around?

Was there expensive gifts

Or some treasures you found?

Did you mend your girl's doll;

Go away or stay home?

Did you visit the sick,

Someone who lives alone?

Where's your house spic and span

In case some friends came by?

Was it a wasted day?

You felt you had to cry?

It's a day to reflect

On all of our blessings.

Did you take time to think

Of beauties each day brings?

If you were sick in bed;

Gifts still under your tree,

Did you think of Jesus

Who died for you and me?

The most important thing --

Have fam'ly with you.

Maybe there was no gifts

You showed your love was true.

Christmas is a special day.

Some have nothing to give.

On Christmas some will grieve

And they'll learn to forgive.
