The Mask

As beautiful as you are why do you hide behind the mask?

Is it because society said this is what men like?

Is it because you have to put this mask on to feel beautiful?

Is it because you want to cover up your imperfections?

Believe the mask put on the wrong the way has the potential to make you look ridiculous.

There’s nothing wrong with wearing the mask its when you forget what’s under it.

Sometimes you should let your natural skin show.. Glow… You know?

So next time when you wake up look in the mirror and begin to put the mask on ask yourself this why do I wear this mask.
