the girl unseen by her beauty

why is this?

By Gianna CetronePublished about a month ago 2 min read
complicated yet so simple.

looking at herself all she sees is flaws, not noticing her doll eyes, her cupid shaped lips, her nose that perfectly alines with her face. all she could notice was how much she ate that previous day and how people would feel about her the next.

she did things if people found out it would be the talk of the school. all she cares about was if she was skinnier than heather. heather had that perfect stomach the one that the belly button goes up, hourglass, a body a man wouldnt want to use but keep. but she had a “slutty body” medium chest more thick body shape. something a man would look at and wonder how he could get in her pants. not something someone would want to nurture.

she continued to go to the gym that day. wearing the shorts that showed off her bubble butt and a top that perfectly hugged her body. she wanted someone just to notice, look, not touch her body she thought was so worthless. and they did. they all turned their head to look at her. but not her. her body. never the face. she never realized her face for what it was and only thought if she was wearing something revealing she would get the attention she wanted a nice man. it sounds dumb right, searching for something doing the exact opposite of what she wanted. but she thought she was lucky, people would notice her face behind all of the fancy clothes and push up bras and clothes that made her body look like something out of a magazine.

she continued her day walking out the gym to her sisters car. arrogant mad at her self and reflecting her anger off other people. wondering if they would ever notice her arrogance for the sadness that was leaping in her body, constantly comparing on how she can look better. not be better. she really was an awful person. she let who ever she seemed fit in her pants and would just wanna forget about the whole thing the next morning. a repeating head whirling cycle she had to battle in her head every day wondering if it would be over if she did it one more time and a time again it never ended.
