Thank-You
Raising my frequency to match the vibration of others?
You are a Badass Deck, by Jen Sincero — It’s time to get mighty clear about what makes you happy and what makes you feel the most alive, and then create it instead of pretending you can’t have it.
The cards in this deck were created from a book You Are a Badass: How to Stop Doubting Your Greatness and Start Living an Awesome Life.
What will I write about when my writing prompts are done in a week or so? I may have to find more prompts. The challenges are good right now. More prompts than usual are exciting. I guess we shall see. Stay tuned.
My thinking was clear about my happiness and what it is that makes me happy, I thought. Family, my children, husband, and friends.
Political beliefs different from mine have been tough this year and really the past few elections. The good news for me is that a daughter and granddaughter changed enough of their beliefs to comfortably vote. I appreciate that. Even though it is a difficult subject they understand now.
Because I grew up and went through so much change in my life, I am too familiar with all that came before. Others are not. Because of my cultural beliefs and teachings, I have other advantages that others do not. It isn't something I will ever probably write about or talk about.
During all of it, I remained positive about what would happen. Either way. My daily gratitude list was helpful. I have so much to be grateful for, and so many people to thank.
WRITE YOUR THANK-YOU NOTES - Before you go to bed, review your day and either write down or mentally note ten things you can be grateful for in your life. Stopping and noticing throughout the day all the things that you can be grateful for is a great way to keep your frequency high at all times. So try and remember to do it all day long, but at the very least, make it part of your evening routine. Jen Sincero
My evening routine for 46 years has been to look back over my day and identify anything I may need to make amends for. Sometimes it isn't to another person, it is a self-correction. Being too judgemental in thoughts.
Others and I believe that addiction demands staying negative, and I want to stay out of that to the best of my ability. So Denise, turn that frown upside down as one friend would tell me.
For now, I will start and end the day with gratitude. I have been starting the day with gratitude for months now. And it has helped.
Today, I am thankful for my husband, children, grandchildren, great- grandchildren, siblings, sister friends, recovery friends, and everyone's family and partners. I am grateful for future generations and our ancestors.
As I read and write daily, I am grateful for Vocal and Medium. NaNoWriMo for the torture I put myself through to write 50,000 words in the month of November and sometimes another month of the year.
I am so grateful for my writing group which rhymes monthly on the 8th and writes a poem a day in February.
You need to raise your frequency to match the vibration of the one you want to tune into. Jen Sincero
When I read this I had to re-read and read again. I'm not sure I know what this means. I learned reiki in 1994 and my frequency is higher because of that. To match the vibration of others, is not difficult, if I am understanding this correctly.
My favorite saying now is that I talk to everyone. Most talk with me. The others that do not, I may not be matching their vibration then right?

Speaking of Nanowrimo, how's yours coming along?
What a great thank you to one and many at the same time. Love your entries.
Nice piece here, Denise. I don’t think it’s that you’re not matching their vibration. I just think that they’re too heavy, dense, to be able to respond.?? Grateful for your stories🤗
