In the Western United States, Asian families were doing well back in the last century. Before equal rights and before Civil Rights, there were Asian families that were making more than White Americans. They would come from working on the trains in 19th Century to making profitable businesses. Some of them were becoming millionaires. And Tataski was one of them, he was from generations of hard-working Americans. He was a proud Asian American. He loved his country and his relatives fought for the country since the Civil War. His family became rich off of their many businesses and franchises in the city and across the West. But there was one thing Tataski wanted was equality. He wanted his children and his family to receive the same privileges as White people. And his family agreed to his pursuit in order to protect their wealth. They wanted to have the same freedoms as White people. So their family hired a lawyer and sued in Court.

Tataski said to the press My family love this country and would died for this country. I am a loyal taxpayer. I am a good American. And I deserve to be treated the same way because that's what I believe it says in the Constitution. And Tataski entered the court with his lawyer. The judge appeared skeptical of the case and arraigned for several months to do prosecution. Tataski told the lawyer that he can gather up witnesses. He could gather former military friends and family members. He could show his taxes and family taxes. He could show that he was a Christian. And the lawyer broke it off gently to him he said Tataski it is gonna cost you. Think of your family. Think of your businesses, think of the bad press. And Tataski said What good is it without freedom. What good is it to possess everything but the will and power of freedom. Mr. Johns if you can't help me then I will go to another. It is my right. Mr. Johns quietly agreed. Then just days before the Court hearing, Tataski gets a call from his family, Dad the stores have been raided. our inventory burned down. Tataski asked them Do you think I should quit. Do you think I should come home and forget about this. I worked all my life to be a full citizen. And that would be my greatest gift to you. To be treated the same like everybody else. To have the same freedoms and rights. To live without those worries. And Tataski's wife went on the phone, No dear we got insurance. Keep doing the good fight. And give them hell. Tataski said I love you.

Tataski told the press "I am losing money. I am losing everything. My family may lose everything. And all I am asking for is the right of equality. Even if I have to pay, it would be better than the hell we are living in. Tataski cried and his lawyer Mr. Johns escorted him into the Court. Prosecution stated You think you could pay for Whiteness. You think you can enter the White Race just because you are Whitier than White People. America has a system. This system has been in placed since its beginning. You are rich what more do you need. Mr. Johns said Freedom is a right. Mr. Tataski has suffered many losses. His family is suffering from this discrimination. Yes he achieved success. Yes he is rich but what is the price of freedom. This country made it where you have to be White in order to be right. You have to be White in order to be safe and secured. Mr. Johns begin to go in an intense argument with the Prosecution. The Judge ordered Mr. Tataski to speak, Like I said judge, my family have been loyal for many generations. We fought for this country many times. All I am asking for the same rights and the same privileges. We are apart of the American Dream. And I promise to upheld every American Tradition. A man is nothing without his word. The judge banged the gravel and said This is not up to me to decide. I don't have the full authority. Only the Supreme Court can decide. Case adjourned.

Tataski was somewhat happy and Mr. Johns and they told the press that they would go to the Supreme Court. Months later when the Supreme Court received the lawsuit. They kept rejecting the lawsuit many times stating that it has no precedent. While Tataski was on his death bed, the Supreme Court accepted his case. And Tataski loss a good potion of his wealth. He however did his final lawsuit stating every evidence and knowledge that he knew. And Mr. Johns carried Tataski's last testimony before he died. His family surrounded Tataski and they hugged him and said how proud they were of him. And Tataski died the day the Supreme Court got his final testimony.
