Safeguarding India-Pakistan Tensions
A strategic action plan for stability and resilience

Reviewing the potential impacts of the heated situation between India and Pakistan, I propose a very clear program in business, security, political, and cultural fields to minimize those risks:
1. Economic and Trade Sector
Risk: Blockage of trade routes, collapse of import projects
Steps:
Preparation of alternative trade routes: Expand trade relations with China, Malaysia, Indonesia, etc. and prepare alternative routes by road and air.
Financial Security: Development of foreign exchange through commercial banks and financial institutions in the country. (Alternative ministries for USD requirements.)
2. Security and National Security Plans
Risk: Establishment of terrorist networks, security instability
Steps:
Special intelligence gathering: Enhance global information cooperation (Interpol, SAARC intelligence sharing).
Military-Police Cooperation: Preparing teams for emergencies (ex: Rapid Response Units).
Border Surveillance: Improving maritime security, airport security.
3. Political and International Relations
Risk: Regional instability will reduce cooperation
Action: Initiate SAARC talks: Propose a Peace Council to maintain peace in South Asia.
Prepare for international interventions: Negotiations can be held for peace through discussions at the UN, Commonwealth, NAM, etc.
4. Tourism and Cultural Security
Risk: Declining tourist confidence
Action: A ''Safe Destination'' vision: A project with political and security guarantees to present Sri Lanka to the world as a safe destination (Internet, sources).
Special security for Indian and Pakistani devotees: Attract tourists to Sri Lanka from places like Bodhi Gaya, Nalanda.
5. Community Awareness
Risk: False propaganda, public disinformation
Steps:
Dissemination of true information: Issuing true information through government media.
Public Guidance: Implementing proper instructions and security awareness in weekend programs.
6. Technical and Scientific Planning
Steps:
Resource Management: Storing disaster-level stocks of essential items such as food, medicine, and fuel.
Cyber-Command Unit: Responding to terrorist and security threats that can be carried out through the internet.
Conclusion:
Under such circumstances, other Asian countries can establish themselves as a ''peaceful, stable, and reliable South Asian hub'. This requires practical measures and international cooperation.
