My Magical Evening Aboard Sydney's Christmas Cruises!

As someone who works in the field of art, I have always envisioned Christmas in my own creative ways - a snowy holiday season with frosty mornings, cosy fires and obviously delicious Christmas snacks! However, my recent experience with Christmas Cruises in Sydney completely flipped that image on its head and gave me a brand-new idea for celebrating the festive season in style. Though I reside in Sydney, I never had a chance to hop on these famous cruises. I mean, who doesn't love change, right?

Sydney was actually basking in glorious summer sunshine. The weather was perfect - bright and warm, with clear blue skies and a gentle sea breeze - perfect for great outings! So, I decided to step out and swap the usual Christmas dinner for something a bit more adventurous - the famous Christmas party cruises. And it sure was the best decision! The boat was beautifully decorated with lights and decor, and never did it feel like I was out of season. The crew service was great as they greeted us warmly, and the excitement was beyond words! The cruise set sail from Sydney Harbour, and we could have great views of the iconic Sydney Harbour Bridge and Opera House, all lit up and looking spectacular. There’s something incredibly magical about seeing these landmarks from the water that I hadn't experienced in my life before.

I booked quite in advance and chose the dinner cruise exclusively for the starry night sky and the Christmas special food! We were treated to a delicious three-course dinner aboard. The food was amazing, cooked onboard by expert chefs, as they mentioned. Everything from starters to the huge Christmas special main course to the desserts was so mouth-watering! The cruise also included a lot of little extras like complimentary drinks, entertainment throughout and fellow passengers who were equally excited and enchanted! We said cheers and gave a toast to the special day.

Overall, it was a great Christmas night and the best night of my life - away from all the city's hustle and bustle. Just secretly enjoying my own Christmas zone in a decorated, huge boat! If you have not tried it yet, I bet you are missing out on many things in life!
